In a brief ceremony held at East Coast Railway headquarters, General Manager Shri Parmeshwar Funkwal recognized the exceptional performance of three Railway employees for their vigilance and alertness while on duty. Their quick actions played a critical role in preventing major mishaps, ensuring safety and integrity of train operations.
The felicitation program was attended by Additional General Manager Shri Mohes Kumar Behera, along with senior officials including the Principal Chief Safety Officer, highlighting the collective commitment to safety in ECoR.
While honoring Shri Yogesh Kumar, Track Maintainer at Muniguda Station, Shri Pradyumna Kumar Panda, TPMA/Humma, and Shri Premjit Acharya, TPMA/Arangmahanadi, Shri Funkwal commended the unwavering dedication of Gangmen, Trolleymen, Gatemen, OHE technicinans, Token Porters and other maintenance staff. These individuals work relentlessly under challenging conditions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains. He highlighted the importance of acknowledging their hard work and encouraged all Railway employees to remain committed and vigilant in their responsibilities, reinforcing the aim of ensuring smooth and safe train operations.
