Proud to announce KIIT University’s stellar performance at the All India Inter-University Athletics Championship 2024-25, clinching 10 medals (5 Gold, 2 Silver, 3 Bronze) and setting two new meet records:
- 200m Men: Animesh Kujur with a record-breaking timing of 20.57 seconds.
- 4x100m Relay Men: A remarkable timing of 39.97 seconds by Lalu Prasad Bhoi, Animesh Kujur, Abhaya Singh, Mahendra Santa, D.M. Jayaram, and Chiranjiv.
Our Women’s Team also secured an outstanding overall 3rd position, showcasing dedication and resilience.
The world-class KIIT Athletics Stadium, with state-of-the-art infrastructure, stood as a beacon of excellence, hosting over 6,000 participants from 400+ universities. This premier facility continues to inspire athletes and elevate the standards of university sports in India.
